The BNP Lift & Shuttle system combines a central high-speed lift with horizontal shuttle cars on every level. The lift moves vehicles vertically while shuttles distribute them across each floor — decoupling vertical and horizontal movement for genuinely fast, parallel retrieval.

This architecture shines in high-throughput environments: hospitals with constant ambulance and visitor turnover, large apartment complexes at peak hours, and car dealerships moving stock all day. Multiple vehicles can be in motion simultaneously, keeping wait times low even under load.

Fully automated and PLC-controlled, the system handles 2,500 kg pallets and scales to as many levels as the site allows — with full safety interlocks.

How It Works

1. 1

   The driver parks on the entry pallet at ground level and exits the transfer cabin.

   A high-speed central lift raises the pallet to the target level.

3. 3

   A horizontal shuttle on that level collects the pallet and slides it to a free bay.

   Because lift and shuttle move independently, the next vehicle can enter while the first is still being stored.

   Retrieval reverses the process — the shuttle delivers the car to the lift, which returns it to the cabin in 60–240 seconds.
