Dependent 3-Level

Three Levels. One Footprint.

The BNP Dependent 3-Level Stack System extends the proven 2-level stack concept to three decks — tripling the parking capacity of any given bay. One vehicle parks at ground level, while two more are raised to upper levels via a synchronized hydraulic and chain-drive system.

Designed for buildings with ceiling heights of 8.5m or more, the 3-level system is the most space-efficient semi-automated option available. It is ideal for large residential societies, commercial complexes, and standalone multi-level car parks.

The system operates on a dependent principle — to access the lowest platform vehicle, the upper levels are raised first. This is fully managed by the PLC control system with a queue management interface for smooth multi-user operation.

How It Works

   All three platforms are in the lowered (entry) position when idle.

   Vehicle 1 parks at ground level. It is raised to Level 3 (top).

3. 3

   Vehicle 2 parks at the now-empty ground. It is raised to Level 2.

4. 4

   Vehicle 3 parks at ground level and stays there.

5. 5

   Retrieval is managed by the system — it lowers the correct platforms in sequence to provide access to the requested vehicle.
