The BNP Outdoor Puzzle G+5 is a weatherproof multi-level automated parking system designed for uncovered or semi-covered outdoor sites. It combines the horizontal sliding mechanism of the puzzle system with vertical lifting — delivering up to 5 above-grade levels in a compact footprint.

All mechanical components use hot-dip galvanized steel with marine-grade coatings. Drive motors, PLC panels, and electrical connections are enclosed in weatherproof IP65-rated enclosures.

Ideal for standalone outdoor car park structures, open plot developments, and large commercial or institutional sites.

How It Works

   Vehicles park at the ground entry level — no ramps or lifts for the driver.

   The system lifts and slides platforms vertically and horizontally to place vehicles on upper levels.

3. 3

   PLC calculates optimal movement to minimise cycle time.

4. 4

   Retrieval lowers and moves the target vehicle to the exit lane at ground level.

   All movement is protected by weatherproof enclosures and safety interlocks.
