The BNP Rotary Parking is a fully automated, vertically rotating parking system. Vehicles are loaded onto pallets at ground level, and a motorised carousel rotates them into position — parking 8 to 10+ cars in the footprint of roughly two conventional bays.

With a system diameter of just 6.4 metres, the Rotary Parking is ideal for tight urban sites, hotel forecourts, and mixed-use developments where land is at an absolute premium but capacity still matters.

An electric gear drive delivers smooth, quiet, energy-efficient rotation, while PLC control and multi-layer safety interlocks ensure reliable, accident-free operation 24/7.

How It Works

1. 1

   The driver parks the vehicle on the entry pallet at ground level and exits.

2. 2

   The PLC selects the shortest rotation path to an empty carriage.

3. 3

   The carousel rotates vertically, carrying pallets up one side and down the other.

4. 4

   The vehicle is locked into its carriage; the next empty pallet returns to the entry point.

5. 5

   For retrieval, the carousel rotates the requested vehicle back to ground level in 90–150 seconds.
